1. Product Covered
This refund policy applies to the Panda Hospital Guangzhou Early Bird Reservation Ticket, priced at $49 USD, and any MedChinaNow coordination service that expressly links to this policy.
2. Refundable Situations
- You cancel at least 72 hours before the scheduled Panda Hospital Guangzhou visit.
- MedChinaNow or Panda Hospital Guangzhou cannot confirm a suitable appointment or itinerary window.
- After coordinator review, we determine that your request is not appropriate for the Panda program.
- A duplicate payment is made by mistake.
3. Non-Refundable Situations
- You cancel less than 72 hours before the scheduled visit after the appointment and coordination work have been confirmed.
- You do not arrive for the scheduled visit and did not request cancellation or rescheduling in time.
- You provide materially inaccurate information that prevents the appointment from being used or coordinated.
- Costs paid directly to hospitals, hotels, airlines, visa providers, transport providers, or other third parties are governed by those providers' own policies.
4. Rescheduling
You may request a reschedule at least 72 hours before the scheduled visit. We will try to move the appointment and itinerary window based on availability. If the new date cannot be reasonably confirmed, you may request a refund under Section 2.
5. How to Request a Refund
Email [email protected] with your name, payment email, requested visit date, and reason for cancellation. If you paid through Paddle, refunds are returned through the original Paddle payment method where possible.
6. Processing Time
We aim to review refund requests within 5 business days. Once approved, payment processor and card-network timing may affect when funds appear in your account.
